Leftover Maine Grains Polenta
Toppings (optional)
Directions
- While the polenta is still warm, spoon onto a lined cookie sheet and spread evenly.
- Cover cookie sheet and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
- Next day, slice and sear in a hot skillet over medium heat with a pad of butter.
- Serve with any topping of your choice!
