  • While the polenta is still warm, spoon onto a lined cookie sheet and spread evenly.
  • Cover cookie sheet and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Next day, slice and sear in a hot skillet over medium heat with a pad of butter.
  • Serve with any topping of your choice!
