Organic Buckwheat Flour

Distinctively nutty and naturally without gluten (but milled in the same facility as wheat). Grown in Maine. The traditional flour for making French-Canadian ployes (pancakes, crepes).  Also can be used in place of wheat flour in quick breads like banana bread.
