Mousam Valley Organic Dried Mushrooms

Mousam Valley cultivates their organic fungi on Maine hardwood & straw, sourced sustainably from the very woods & fields they forage in. The end result is a mushroom that could have been picked right off the side of your favorite foraging path. 2 oz per container.

Reconstituting Dried Mushrooms

1. Submerge dehydrated mushrooms in a generous amount of warm water.
2. Soak for about 20-30 minutes or until mushrooms are softened. Thicker mushrooms may take a little longer.
3. Drain the mushrooms, they are ready to be made into your favorite mushroom recipe.
4. (Optional) Reserve the flavorful soaking liquid for use in stocks, soups, or sauces.
