Pearled Black Nile Barley

Our newest beautiful grain from Maine, Black Nile Barley.  Lightly pearled and bursting with flavor, these little golden kernels look like jewels.  Enjoy as you would rice in pilaf, grain bowls, soups, in burritos, stuffing and more. Rinse in a colander and simmer for 20 minutes with 2 parts water and 1 part grain.
