Shipping/Return Policy

Products will be shipped as quickly as our milling schedule and availability allows. You may call us at (207) 474-8001 to get a more accurate availability. Maine Grains product is shipped via UPS ground service. Once an order has been milled and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We accept returns on damaged items only. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Send an email to info@mainegrains.com and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Maine Grains does not accept any responsibility for products damaged or delayed in transit.
