Baked Oatmeal

Using Maine Grains organic Rolled Oats – can be done in a baking dish or ramekins.
Cook time varies based on method.
Ingredients
3 cups 3 Maine Grains Rolled Oats
1 cup 1 brown sugar or preferred sweetener (liquid may change baking time)
2 2 eggs lightly beaten
1⁄2 cup 1⁄2 melted butter
2 tsp 2 baking powder
1 tsp 1 salt
1 cup 1 milk – or milk substitute
Optional: nuts, fruit dried or fresh, candied ginger, cinnamon or other preferred spices (try cardamon!)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Transfer to a 9″ greased baking pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or util center is set.
- If using ramekins adjust time to 20-30 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness.
