Baked Oatmeal

Using Maine Grains organic Rolled Oats – can be done in a baking dish or ramekins. 


3 cups Maine Grains Rolled Oats
1 cup brown sugar or preferred sweetener (liquid may change baking time)
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk - or milk substitute
Optional: nuts, fruit dried or fresh, candied ginger, cinnamon or other preferred spices (try cardamon!)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients
  3. Transfer to a 9″ greased baking pan
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or till center is set
  5. If using ramekins adjust time to 20-30 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness
