Baked Oatmeal

MG’s Amber Lambke shared this recipe on Martha Stewart Bakes on PBS.
Using Maine Grains organic Rolled Oats – can be done in a baking dish or ramekins. 
Cook time varies based on method.


  • 3 cups Maine Grains Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup brown sugar or preferred sweetener (liquid may change baking time)

  • 2 eggs lightly beaten

  • 1⁄2 cup melted butter

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup milk – or milk substitute

  • Optional: nuts, fruit dried or fresh, candied ginger, cinnamon or other preferred spices (try cardamon!)


  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Transfer to a 9″ greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or util center is set.
  • If using ramekins adjust time to 20-30 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness.
