The classic cornmeal pancake.
Gluten free pancakes!? Yes please!



  • Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • While stirring, gradually add the boiling water to form a thick batter.
  • Spoon or ladle batter into a buttered skillet set to medium on the stovetop. Pancakes should be about 1/8″ thick and be well cooked before flipping.
  • Cook till golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve with butter, jam or maple syrup!
