Trio of Organic Oats: Rolled Oats, Oat Groats, & Cracked Oats

This trio of Maine Grains organic oats comes with old fashioned rolled oats, cracked oats (like steel-cut) and oat groats.  Cook the rolled oats and cracked oats as you would oatmeal, starting with 2 parts water to 1 part oats and adjust liquid and cook time to taste.  Oat groats are a delicious gluten free option that can be cooked like rice and used in pilaf, soup or grain salads.
